Single Coaching Sessions
Schedule time to focus on the specific diet and health issues, including cooking, that are important to you. Whether you have "just a few questions" or want follow-up support after your initial dietary counseling session, Meredith is available for single coaching sessions from 15 to 60 minutes in length in person or by phone.
